1 pack of Mexican HarvBest® Avocado Pulp (227g pack)
2 large flour tortillas
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and sliced
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil for frying
Optional: lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, sauce ranch or spicy mayo.
Instructions:
Lay sliced chicken breast on one half of each tortilla and the Avocado Pulp on top of the chicken.
In a dish, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Dip the avocado and chicken-filled side of each tortilla into beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet at medium heat. Fry the breaded side of the tortillas until they're crispy and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and additional source on top.
Fold over the tortilla to create a wrap.
Feel free to customize the wrap with your preferred fillings and sauces for a delightful variation!
