Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Mexican HarvBest® Avocado Pulp (227g pack)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, berries

Instructions:

  1. Place the Avocado Pulp in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add cocoa powder, honey (or sweetener), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  5. Transfer the Chocolate Avocado Mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and firm up.
  7. Just before serving, garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries.
