Creamy Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pack of Mexican HarvBest® Avocado Pulp (227g pack)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs (such as basil or cilantro), a dash of honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Avocado Pulp into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream), lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. If desired, include fresh herbs or a touch of honey for added flavor.
  4. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  6. Drizzle the Creamy Avocado Dressing over your favorite salads.

Feel free to customize the dressing by adjusting the ingredients to achieve the desired consistency and taste.
